The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act requires retailers and manufacturers doing business in California to disclose their efforts to address slavery and human trafficking in their supply chains. This page describes CoreParts' current practices.
CoreParts sources IT equipment and components from established manufacturers and authorized distributors. We are in the process of formalizing supply chain verification procedures specific to human trafficking and slavery risk.
We rely in part on our suppliers' own compliance programs and certifications. We do not currently conduct independent third-party audits of supplier facilities specific to this Act, though we require suppliers to comply with applicable labor laws.
We require internal staff involved in supply chain and procurement management to comply with company standards regarding trafficking and slavery in supply chains.
We are developing training for employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, focused on identifying and mitigating risks of human trafficking and slavery.
