Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) may give you specific rights over the personal information CoreParts collects about you.
Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it's used; request a copy of that information; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the state you reside in and the right you'd like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. You can also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
