IT equipment has a real environmental footprint — from manufacturing and packaging to eventual disposal. As a reseller, we have a role to play in extending equipment lifespans and reducing e-waste, and we're building our practices around that.
We consolidate shipments where possible to reduce the number of boxes and shipments per order, and we reuse manufacturer packaging for outbound shipping when it's still in good condition rather than defaulting to new materials.
Where manufacturers offer take-back, trade-in, or recycling programs for retired hardware, we help connect business customers to those programs rather than treating old equipment as landfill-bound by default.
