This 73.6 HP portable diesel rotary screw compressor is made for construction, utility and contracting work, where compressed air is needed on site and there is no power supply to plug into. It puts out 290 CFM @ 100 PSI over a 73-100 PSI range. Power comes from a Kohler KDI 2504 TCR 4-stroke, 2482cc, turbocharged engine (water-cooled) with electric start and a 12V, 132Ah, 950A battery. The airend is a direct-drive rotary screw design, air-oil cooled, rated for a 100 percent duty cycle. Mounting: single-axle trailer with pintle hitch. The fuel tank holds 24 Gallon (about 2.45 gal/hr). Outlets: 2 x 3/4 in NPT + 1 x 1 in NPT. Operating temperature range: 14-122 F. An enclosed cabinet protects the components and holds a toolbox, and an intelligent start/stop system helps the machine restart reliably in cold weather.
