Mattei 30HP Rotary Vane Air Compressor - Base Mounted (BLADE 22)

The BLADE 22 is a 30 HP base-mounted rotary vane compressor for body shops, mechanical shops and manufacturers that already have an air receiver or plan to add one of their own. It delivers 126 CFM @ 116 PSI / 111 CFM @ 145 PSI and is available at 115 or 150 PSI, running on 208-230V / 460V three-phase power at 60 Hz. Because the package is mounted on a base rather than a tank, it takes up little floor space and can be paired with any receiver size to suit the application. Low-speed rotary vane technology is quiet and easy on wear parts; the design has no thrust bearings and needs little regular maintenance. A TEFC motor with full-voltage starter, an air-cooled aftercooler and a high-efficiency oil separation system are all part of the package. An onboard controller runs continuous or automatic load/unload modes and includes a real-time clock with programmable daily and weekly schedules, so the compressor can be set to shut off outside working hours. Noise is about 67 dB(A); the air outlet is a 1 in coupling. The unit measures 57 x 30 x 52 in and weighs 1,279 lbs. The airend carries a 5 years warranty.
